I was interviewed by reporter Derek Staahl with 3TV and CBS5 about a propose Arizona bill that would impose a $20 fee to access pornography on an electronic device.  I explain how this would violate the First Amendment and why it is a bad idea.

 

Arizona Second Degree Murder Interview

I was interviewed by ABC 15 reporter Sonu Wasu regarding the second degree murder charges against Natalie Renee Russell who is accused of recklessly causing the death of her two year old daughter with extreme indifference to human life.  The toddler drank a 120 ml vial of methadone, and then Ms. Russell tried to revive the toddler with methamphetamine instead of seeking medical help.

Indecent Exposure or School Prank?

Red Mountain High School student Hunter Osborn has been arrested for 69 counts of Indecent Exposure and one count of Furnishing Harmful Items to Minors.  Hunter is accused of exposing his penis during a football team photo used in the high school yearbook.  Should  Hunter be treated like a criminal?
