In Arizona, felony offenses are given classes from Class 2 to Class 6, with Class 2 felonies being the most severe, and Class 6 felonies being the least severe.
Felony offenses are designated as either Dangerous or Non-Dangerous
A Dangerous Offense is an offense involving the discharge, use or threatening exhibition of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument or the intentional or knowing infliction of serious physical injury on another person.
Dangerous felony offenses are NOT probation eligible.
